Job Title: New Account Consultant

This role requires a meticulous individual to ensure accurate setup and maintenance of new client accounts in our databases. Key responsibilities include setting up client accounts, performing data governance, and inputting client information across various internal systems. Collaboration with Front Office, Legal, Credit, Technology, and Operations teams is essential for successful account management.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the opening of new client accounts with accurate client information and settlement instructions.
  • Provide exceptional service to the Front Office team and clients.
  • Perform data governance checks for adding and amending Settlement Instructions (SSIs) as required.
  • Work on projects related to account maintenance as requested by internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize work.
  • Extremely diligent, organized, and results-focused.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Broadbridge application knowledge is a plus.
