Position Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing clinic operations and delivering outstanding service to our clients. This position involves collaborating with fellow team members to manage incoming calls, triage inquiries, and schedule appointments effectively. Exceptional communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
  • Schedule appointments for clients in a timely manner.

  • Provide clients with relevant information and documentation required for their visits.
  • Deliver accurate information in accordance with Planned Parenthood policies.

  • Assist with medical records release as required.
  • Direct calls to appropriate staff members as necessary.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and goals of Planned Parenthood.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment.
  • 1 year of experience in insurance verification.
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
