**Key Responsibilities:**

* Analyze lab results and develop nutrition plans tailored to each patient's needs

**Requirements:**

* State licensure required (if available in the state where the facility is located)
* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
* Ability to work flexible schedules and travel when needed
* Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Office
* Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%
