Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Coordinator to support our Field Service Operations team. This is a hybrid role that requires living near Burlington, MA.

As a Field Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Field Service Operations team. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and processing repair quotations, managing Salesforce cases, verifying contract pricing entitlements, and working closely with Field Sales.

You will also be responsible for pursuing quotations to encourage purchase, managing revisions, creating work orders, verifying product availability, and supporting collection efforts.

In addition, you will ensure customer contact and address information is accurate, ensure installed product information is accurate, and ensure work orders include accurate and up-to-date service information.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or Biology, or equivalent work and/or life experience.
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a sales-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Customer service experience and strong typing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, Lotus Notes applications, and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM system).
  • Ability to prioritize, schedule effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to handle difficult customers and situations.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a team.
