Job Title: Registered Nurse

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate residential services supporting adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide education and consultation to individuals and staff on medical issues, treatments, medications, wellness, and prevention.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each person served.
  • Collaborate with community medical providers and VNA services to coordinate medical care for individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with DPH/MAP regulations and maintain current MCSR certificates.
  • Conduct regular MAP audits and provide training to staff on MAP certification and refresher training.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a community health setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or better.
  • Current RN licensure.
  • MAP Trainer certification.
