We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative in Concrete Protection to become part of our expanding Concrete Protection Division in the Eastern or Western Region. This position entails managing long-cycle product sales for municipal water and wastewater applications designed to safeguard concrete, extend the lifespan of water/wastewater systems, and minimize inflow and infiltration (I&I). Responsibilities will include utilizing commercial expertise in the municipal market along with a technical background in water and wastewater systems. The primary working location can be selected from any major metropolitan area in the Eastern United States.

Key Responsibilities:

· Presenting technical and value-driven products and solutions to engineers, distributors, and end-users within the municipal water and wastewater sectors to influence project specifications.

· Leading business development efforts for both existing and new clients by collaborating with distribution partners, consulting engineers, and installation contractors.

· Providing support throughout the consultative sales process, which includes:

o Reviewing specifications

o Coordinating training for distributor and installation partners

· Staying updated on the competitive landscape of the municipal market, as well as understanding the needs of our customer base, to drive the development of new product innovations and solutions.

· Managing customer sales accounts and promoting polyethylene lined solutions within the water, wastewater, and industrial sectors.

Essential Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required, preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

· Over 5 years of professional experience in the municipal water and wastewater industry, including knowledge of reinforced concrete pipe/structures and concrete protection.

· More than 3 years of outside sales experience, which includes managing, driving, or supporting lengthy sales cycle projects.

· Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence specifications.

· Experience with relevant sales tools and CRM systems.

· Willingness to travel approximately 50-60%, including overnight stays, for meetings with distributors, consulting engineers, end-users, participation in events and tradeshows, and engagement with manufacturing site and functional leadership teams.
