About the Role

In this role, you will be joining our Information Hub team within the Global Products and Analytics department. Your key responsibility will be to illuminate the power of LNRS solutions through clear and compelling stories that empower our brand, products, capabilities, and services.


As a member of our team, you will work closely with Analytic, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Market Planning teams to share research with clients and the broader industry. You will conduct statistical analysis and build predictive models for various performance outcomes.


You will have a firm understanding of data mining, statistical methods, and multiple modeling scoring techniques. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assembling, merging, and parsing large datasets to detect meaningful trends and patterns.
  • Developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Interpreting, documenting, and communicating analytic work and results to stakeholders, including those in non-analytic roles.
  • Analyzing and mining large datasets using multiple analytic stacks such as R, Python, SAS, SQL, etc.
  • Creating and providing analysis code and working with internal or external stakeholders to validate accuracy of production scoring code.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and exposure to SAS or similar software packages.
  • Fluency with presentation and document programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  • Experience working with Big Data Technologies and applying large-scale Machine Learning techniques within these technologies.
  • Experience building predictive models using Python, R, or similar software packages.
