Job Overview

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $108,000 - $155,000 based on your qualifications and experience. Job Responsibilities
  • Model Development: Design and build robust recommendation models using machine learning and predictive analytics. Your work will directly influence the company's decision-making and strategic direction.
  • Engage with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data science techniques.
  • Model Optimization: Continuously improve existing models by incorporating new data, refining algorithms, or utilizing innovative data science techniques.
  • Results Communication: Communicate complex data science concepts and model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work with other data scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Data Science Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Expert knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling with experience in recommender systems, NLP, deep learning, or graph theory applications.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with business leaders on project status, timeline, and technical results.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver projects on time.
  • Business Acumen: Capable of translating business opportunities into data science problems and defining the right project scope and performance metric to measure success.
