Customer Care Representative Job Description

The Helzberg Customer Care team is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with their online purchases, including helping them make informed buying decisions and finalizing sales.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Enter customer data into our case management system and conduct research to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Retail Management or Business Administration and one to three years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in desktop software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work regular, predictable hours and attend onsite meetings and training sessions.
