Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team at KBI Biopharma. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting the leadership team with financial planning and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update budgets, forecasts, and analysis reports for the leadership team
  • Support the consolidation of data inputs for forecast, budget, and MTP updates
  • Lead logistics and provide data for ad-hoc information requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the management of CapEx items
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with a Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive managerial responsibility in Finance, FP&A, and/or Plant Finance
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or large ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
