- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with helpdesk operations and service desk protocols.
- Ability to connect equipment to a network and ensure a stable internet connection.

Work Environment:
Initial training will take place in a collaborative setting, followed by remote work from a suitable home office.

Additional Information:
- Expected to work one weekend day.
- Average call handling time is approximately 1:45 minutes.
- Entry-level technical skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
