The Production Team

The Production Team at LILT comprises a diverse global workforce across four continents, united by a passion for localization and accessibility. This team encompasses project management, customer onboarding, program management, quality assurance, and talent management, collaborating with some of the largest organizations worldwide.

Role Responsibilities

In your role as a Strategist, you will provide expert consultation and best practice strategies to LILT's partners and clients, facilitating successful onboarding for intricate localization initiatives. You will collaborate with various customer stakeholders and internal teams, including solutions architects, engineers, product managers, linguists, and project management professionals, to establish and uphold the ideal program management framework for our clients.

As a senior team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with Enterprise Regulatory and Life Science clients to comprehend their business requirements and align LILT's SLAs and KPIs to meet and exceed these expectations.
  • Leading the implementation of processes and systems to fulfill customer and regulatory standards, including localization workflows, project management, invoicing, and service delivery.
  • Applying regulatory and compliance protocols to localization workflows.
  • Overseeing program risk management to identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Defining new services, including pricing proposals and SLAs.
  • Providing local support in the necessary time zone for direct client engagement on strategic matters.
  • Managing complex remediation processes from initiation to completion.
  • Maintaining and exceeding performance metrics against KPIs, including account health, onboarding efficiency, customer SLAs, and issue resolution timelines.
  • Utilizing strong analytical skills to monitor and control production team performance.
  • Directing tasks for production resources to ensure KPIs and customer SLAs are met.
  • Regularly reporting on production metrics and performance against objectives.
  • Facilitating communication with client contacts, local colleagues, freelancers, and internal project teams.
  • Managing production escalations and driving root cause analysis and corrective action plans to resolution.
  • Conducting post-mortems on key account initiatives to share insights and plan follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience managing Enterprise-level Life Science and Regulatory localization programs.
  • Experience in customer onboarding.
  • The ability to develop and lead large-scale localization initiatives independently and through team mobilization.
  • Expertise in risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective action procedures as they pertain to Enterprise programs.
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Analytical and organized problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
