Job Title: Building Maintenance Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help expand our market presence in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors. As a Building Maintenance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the building maintenance and janitorial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to showcase our products and services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and establish new contacts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in building maintenance or janitorial supplies but open to train the right individual that is hungry and driven to learn.
  • Strong understanding of the building maintenance and janitorial supply industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation as this position will be traveling to local customer sites within NC 2-3 days per week, using your own transportation.
  • Attention to detail, reliable, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
