Role Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nurse Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with a spectrum of needs, from straightforward to highly intricate. This role emphasizes the establishment of a supportive relationship through a holistic approach to patient care.

The RN is accountable for ensuring the quality and suitability of care across all age demographics within the designated patient population, which includes neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. This position involves coordinating care planning in collaboration with various healthcare disciplines.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program – BSN or ASN
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting
