Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Orange County Global Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting optimal trauma care and providing guidance to patients and their families before, during, and after hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced critical thinking and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Develop and implement education programs for healthcare staff and patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to trauma patients
  • Participate in administrative functions related to patient clinical progress
Requirements
  1. Current CA RN license
  2. Current ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications
  3. NIHSS certification
  4. TNCC or ATCN certification
  5. CEN, CCRN, or TCRN certification (preferred)
  6. Minimum 2 years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience
