Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist
Job Summary:
JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and 2 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement evidence-based policies, procedures, and best practice models/guidelines
* Contribute to the development of staff educational programs
* Educate staff on clinical, administrative, and educational topics
* Identify specific competencies reflective of the needs of the NICU population
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee work
* Provide consultation to staff nurses on clinical, administrative, and educational matters
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in nursing (MSN) or related field
* Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
