We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for directing clinical nursing practice in the NICU, coordinating education and clinical competency of nursing staff, consulting on complex neonatal critical care issues, and ensuring effective discharge planning.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3 years experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
