As an Account Collector, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients who have received their vehicles. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support throughout the organization. You will engage with account holders through various communication channels to address their inquiries and facilitate payment collections when necessary. A successful Account Collector will possess a friendly demeanor, as this position also involves customer service interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EZPASS and parking violations for accounts
  • Supervise weekly payment collections and assist the head collector with payment processes
  • Facilitate vehicle transportation logistics
  • Handle incoming payment-related phone calls with professionalism
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available
  • Provide accurate information in person and through various communication methods
  • Assist the Chief Executive with procurement-related tasks
