Marketing Manager Job Description

At ZURU Toy Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our US Centre of Excellence. This key contributor will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft and execute innovative, localized consumer marketing campaigns across a portfolio of leading ZURU toy brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage part of the portfolio and impactful day-to-day marketing activities, including local insights collection and synthesis of performance or brand/products
  • Leverage data to derive insights and provide recommendations to strengthen brand recognition and POS
  • Develop your brands by activating key marketing programs in the US market
  • Drive marketing execution by working with a cross-functional team inclusive of Sales, Global Brand Marketing, Commercial, etc.
  • Work with external licensor partners to collaborate on meaningful US marketing programs
  • Develop an expert understanding of your brand portfolio as well as their corresponding categories to help drive decisions that lead to business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing in a consumer product-led industry
  • Understanding of standard marketing techniques including social media, digital and influencer marketing
  • Knowledge of retail landscape in assigned region(s)
  • Ability to take conclusions to problem solve and create a plan to reach the goals
  • Be able to present actionable insights to cross functional teams
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to details, as well as Project Management skills
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite. Figma experience will be a plus
  • Highly organized and efficient. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment
  • Be able to easily adapt to shifts in priorities
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics, planning & reporting
  • Ability to work effectively across different teams, departments, and third parties
