Cellular Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Network Engineer to join our team at OSI Engineering. As a Cellular Network Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and validating the performance of 5G/4G/LTE smartphones and devices in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to local and non-local testing locations to conduct field testing of cellular connectivity
  • Analyze data and identify technical issues, using strong analytical skills and judgment to resolve problems
  • Communicate effectively with the team to report findings and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of cellular domain wireless, including 5GNR and LTE protocol stacks
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize testing requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in cellular testing, with a strong understanding of 5G/LTE stacks
  • Knowledge of cellular domain wireless, including 5GNR and LTE protocol stacks
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel locally and non-locally, with occasional overnight stays

Locations: Cupertino, CA

Duration: 12 months+

Pay Range: $45-$55 (DOE)
