Electrical Engineering Specialist

The Revit Electric Software Group at Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our team as an Electrical Engineering Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise to drive business growth, and contribute to innovative projects that shape the industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop written specifications for how various electrical features will function within the application
- Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance
- Participate in user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical engineering, experience working with design teams, and a deep understanding of electrical codes and standards. A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, combined with 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, is required. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
