G P Mobile, an authorized T-Mobile Retailer on the East Coast, is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Summary:
This role involves building strong relationships with customers, providing personalized solutions, and driving sales growth. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend relevant products and services to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Recommend relevant products and services to meet customer needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of customer-facing experience in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with wireless services and products is an asset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
