Job Title: Project Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to lead and manage divisional training programs for the rollout of Oracle's C2M product implementation for our client at CoreTek Labs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and conduct divisional training programs for the rollout of Client's end-user training for Oracle's C2M product implementation.
  • Design and develop training modules that are required prior to the go-live date of the new CIS project to train all end-users impacted by the solution.
  • Develop and design training modules and courseware based on the Oracle C2M solution and internal Client business processes, including course content, outlines, course materials, online and computer-based training materials, hard copy manuals, visual aids, quick reference guides, and fact sheets.
  • Catalog and maintain a library of training aids, including computer-based training materials, departmental communications, corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Perform other special projects and assignments as requested.
  • Participate in select classes as requested by the Training Lead.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to the Training Workplan.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for large-scale software implementations, preferably Oracle C2M or other Oracle solutions.
  • Expertise in instructional design, courseware development, and creating various training mediums (online, in-person, printed).
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and ability to translate complex technical content into easily understandable materials for end-users.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
