  • Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service, delivering what our guests need.
  • Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple.
  • Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Assist with merchandising and operational functions to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 10 pounds to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time to provide exceptional customer service.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
