Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at Prism Health North Texas. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specified patient care activities, including administering immunizations, collecting vital data, and performing lab procedures.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, focusing on patient needs, rights, and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activities performed.
  • Ensure exam rooms and waiting areas are clean and organized.
  • Participate in employee events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
  • 2 years' experience in a medical facility.
  • Current healthcare provider CPR course completion card.
  • Certification of Hepatitis B vaccination series.
  • Bilingual preferred.
