Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of office staff.
- Manage the installation and service dispatch teams, ensuring operational efficiency and achievement of goals.
- Plan, prepare, and supervise work schedules while coordinating daily assignments to meet business needs.
- Ensure adherence to dispatch procedures and timely processing of work orders.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales orders and manage scheduling for consultations and installations.
- Assist customers with financing applications and provide necessary job details to technicians.
- Maintain the location's appearance and report metrics to management.
- Motivate the team to achieve or exceed their targets.
General Duties:
- Perform all tasks efficiently and safely.
- Adapt to changing work schedules and assignments as needed.
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for all individuals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful management experience.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- A minimum of 2 years in dispatch operations.
- HVAC experience is highly desirable.
- Strong desire to achieve both personal and professional goals.
- Excellent work ethic and flexibility in scheduling based on workflow demands.
- Proven track record of prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
