Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team at TD Bank. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of colleagues: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
• Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a legendary experience, including personalized service, product knowledge, and problem resolution.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor and maintain operational standards, including cash handling, vault management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Team Development: Identify and develop talent within the team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and customers to ensure seamless execution of store operations.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
