BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Hospice Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Philadelphia County area. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, managing symptoms, and providing emotional support to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Provide wound care and manage symptoms
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient information and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
