Best Foot Forward is dedicated to assisting healthcare organizations, particularly government insurance health plans, in identifying, educating, and engaging targeted individuals.
As a representative in our Outbound Call Center, you will be trained to utilize advanced methods to update patient contact details and reach out to patients, ensuring they make the most of their existing insurance benefits. While prior experience in call centers and tracing methods is advantageous, the key to success in this role lies in possessing outstanding customer service skills, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to achieving goals.
Position Details:
Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Compensation: $16.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities (up to $2,000)
Schedule: Full-time, with a requirement to work one evening per week and one Saturday per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with health insurance members to help them understand and utilize their benefits.
- Conduct outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Employ tracing techniques to locate patients whose information needs updating; this role does not involve debt collection.
- Safeguard customer information and maintain accurate reporting.
- Comply with state and federal regulations regarding confidentiality and tracing activities.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to contribute to both personal and organizational success.
- Carry out additional related tasks as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a call center is preferred.
- Familiarity with tracing methods is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated integrity and discretion.
- Capability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
