Bilingual Call Center Representative

At BEST FOOT FORWARD SOLUTION SERVICES LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outbound call center, you will play a vital role in helping patients utilize their existing insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use skip tracing methods to locate and engage with health insurance members to help them utilize their health insurance benefits.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including making at least 150 outbound calls daily and meeting monthly set engagement goals.
- Ensure the security of customer information and regularly update reports.
- Understand state and federal laws about HIPPA and skip-tracing activities.
Requirements:
- Prior call center, collections, or skip tracing experience/knowledge is preferred.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills are required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software/databases are necessary.
- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential medical information are required.
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude is essential.
- Exceptional time management skills, punctuality, and reliable transportation to and from work are required.
