Job Summary

The Process Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality control measures in manufacturing processes and finished products. This individual will analyze products' defects, develop and improve quality control methods, and track existing procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve quality abnormal issues and customer complaints
  • Enhance quality index and achieve targets, including yield and pass rates
  • Initiate and conduct quality improvement projects
  • Analyze products' defects and production abnormalities, and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee quality standards implementations and evaluate prevention and corrective reports
  • Develop and improve methods of workflow, testing procedures, and quality plans
  • Conduct internal and external auditing (ISO)

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and stressful environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical
  • Minimum one year of experience in a quality-related field
  • Experience with SPC, Lean, and QMS is a plus
  • Experience in auditing, ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 is a plus
