Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of Human Resources core programs. This includes providing administrative and project support, interpreting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and assisting the Human Resources Manager in analyzing and performing data collection for review in areas such as benefits, compensation, staffing/recruiting, HRIS, talent development, and other human resources related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative and project support by assisting with the development and implementation of Human Resources core programs, as well as interpretation of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  2. Assist the Human Resources Manager in analyzing and performing data collection for review in areas such as benefits, compensation, staffing/recruiting, HRIS, talent development, and other human resources related tasks.
  3. Support the maintenance of templates, training documents, data entry, and ERP system support.
  4. Assist with ERP system testing, implementation, and release support, and maintain records and files.
  5. Review transaction results, assess system performance and accuracy, and provide regular status updates.
  6. Investigate discrepancies and errors, and provide support to the HRIS department on data validation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices is essential, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis.
