Job Summary:

The Shannon Rose is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upsell and suggest menu items to guests, promoting our restaurant's offerings and increasing sales.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, handling customer payments and processing returns.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service and efficient table turns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet guest needs.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and move quickly between the dining room and kitchen.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
