Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking Orders: Take accurate and timely orders from guests, ensuring that all requests are met and exceeded.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Run food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and other forms of payment with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and efficiently.
  • Point-of-Sale System: Operate the point-of-sale system with proficiency, ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Age Verification: Verify the age of guests who appear to be under 25 years old, ensuring that all guests are of legal drinking age.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service: Demonstrate responsible alcohol service practices, ensuring that all guests are served in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all menu items and beverages, ensuring that guests are informed and educated about our offerings.
  • Suggestive Selling: Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Guest Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, ensuring that all needs and requests are met and exceeded.
  • Station Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized station, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Opening and Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the station, refilling condiments, and cleaning ashtrays.
  • Table and Station Numbers: Demonstrate knowledge of all table and station numbers, ensuring that guests are directed to the correct location.
  • Guest Direction: Direct guests to areas and restrooms, ensuring that all guests are aware of their surroundings.
  • Team Communication: Communicate effectively with co-workers, ensuring that all needs and requests are met and exceeded.
  • Memorable Experiences: Create memorable experiences for guests, ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is enjoyable and memorable.
Qualifications
  • Physical Demands: Perform duties that require bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for long periods of time.
  • Appearance: Maintain a well-groomed appearance, adhering to all uniform guidelines.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Practice all safety and sanitation standards, ensuring that all guests and staff are protected.
