Team Leader Diesel Maintenance

Pellitteri Waste Systems Inc is a family-owned business providing commercial and residential waste recovery systems. We are seeking a Team Leader Diesel Maintenance to join our team.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job
- Direct and train staff to perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of vehicles and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports, presenting them to leadership to justify schedule, budget, and staffing levels.
- Prioritize and accomplish required work within established standards using excellent leadership skills.
- Effectively problem-solve equipment repair and wear issues.
- Provide constructive feedback and training to equipment users to extend equipment life or safety.
- Perform hands-on inspections, repair, preventive maintenance, and replacement of vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team in diesel vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance.
- A current Wisconsin Commercial Drivers License (Class B) is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to effectively utilize systems involved in solid waste management, hauling, and disposal.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
