About the Role

This position involves working as a Site Clean Technician for Peregrine Team in Madison, WI.

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of surfaces within construction or technical settings
  2. Apply finishing techniques to floors, including polishing and stripping
  3. Effectively clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and other reflective areas
  4. Utilize steam cleaners to sanitize rugs and other floor coverings
  5. Dust all surfaces, including furniture, walls, machinery, and hardware
  6. Maneuver heavy items, such as equipment and furniture, using hand trucks or manual effort
  7. Deliver high-quality results while adhering to client and customer expectations
  8. Fulfill essential safety protocols and job requirements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Previous experience in construction site cleaning preferred
