Heavy Duty Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Technician to join our team at Performance Foodservice. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers to ensure safe operation and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform preventative maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of diesel engines and equipment
- Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, convertor dollies, and maintenance vehicles
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders through the online Enterprise Asset Management system
- Install, replace, and repair onboard computers

Requirements:- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
- 5-7 years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in refrigeration &/or overhauls and rebuilds of heavy-duty diesel engines and transmissions
- Competitive salary: up to $33.00 per hour depending on experience
