The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial maintenance and repair, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring. You will possess a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills are essential for maintaining clear lines of communication with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
