Position Summary

As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to protect and serve clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Work Schedule: Part-Time

Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 7 PM - 7 AM, Tuesday 1 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific policies, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • Address incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas. Be prepared for varying work environments and conditions based on client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of security experience is essential.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with all applicable laws. Criminal histories will be considered in accordance with legal standards.
  • Drug screening will be conducted as permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
