About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Consultant - ABA Specialist to join our team at Clarvida, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify target behaviors and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, and other service providers to implement treatment plans and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client needs and preferences to inform treatment planning and delivery.
  • Provide direct care and supervision to clients, including observation, data collection, and intervention implementation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA and related fields.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling, or related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to kids/youth/young adults.
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
  • PA Behavior Specialist license, or Certified as BCBA or other graduate level certification in Behavior Analysis, or Graduate degree in ABA, or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or Counseling with relevant experience.
