This role works as part of an advisory team to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide exceptional client service. Our team members work together to meet company objectives for customer service quality, client retention, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with the management of complex clients to the WEG planning-based standard of identity. This includes:
  • Facilitating the financial planning process
  • Discovering a prospect or client's values, goals, and objectives
  • Understanding their current financial situation
  • Engaging them in the financial planning process
  • Preparing and conducting annual reviews, including both planning and investment topics
Source and close prospective clients by:
  • Proactively following up with clients who have not implemented a financial plan
  • Closing leads provided by various WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.)
  • Creating opportunities within your network
  • Driving referrals from existing clients
Manage client relationships and client service as needed by:
  • Assisting the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow-up
  • Taking meeting notes and promptly entering them into the CRM
  • Presents financial advice or plan to the client with the Financial Advisor
  • Meeting with the client to obtain additional planning information or to clarify/confirm information provided
  • Analyzing the client's current investments and insurance policies
  • Placing trades and managing client accounts
Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client-facing technology.

Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group's Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing.

Requirements

Requires a 4-year degree, preferably in business, finance, or economics. Advanced designations, such as CFP, CPA, or MBA, are also required. Additionally, Series 7, 66 (BD/RIA), Series 65 (RIA Only), and insurance licenses are necessary. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the wealth management industry is required, along with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and participate in the broader financial planning community is also essential.
