Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support

At TMS Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Support professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Support and Maintenance: Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud SCM modules, troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with other teams, and perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • User Assistance and Training: Assist users in understanding and effectively using Oracle Cloud functionalities, develop and conduct training sessions, and create user documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, work with stakeholders to implement best practices and streamline operations, and customize Oracle Cloud applications to better align with business requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and processes, generate reports and analytics to support business decision-making, and document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business teams to align Oracle Cloud solutions with business strategies, coordinate with Oracle support for technical issues and updates, and engage with third-party vendors as needed for system integrations and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and Oracle SCM functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud SCM suite, including modules such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with service management tools like Manage Engine, ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Familiarity with SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical components.
  • Experience in training end-users and creating user documentation.
