Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage incoming mail, including sorting, scanning, and delivering documents electronically to other office personnel.
  • Download policies, endorsements, and other documents from our insurance company websites and deliver them electronically to other office personnel.
  • Provide direct telephone support as a relief during breaks for our office Receptionist.
  • Deliver incoming mail to office personnel.
  • Perform other clerical functions as needed, such as copying, stuffing envelopes, preparing policy books, assembling Auto ID Cards, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Place office supply orders with vendors.
  • Maintain office supplies and breakroom supplies.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 months of prior office experience preferred.
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent, Age 18 or older.
  • Proficient keyboarding and office/clerical skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft office programs.
  • Able to interpret written instructions and work independently.
  • Possess a friendly, cooperative attitude and positive interaction style in dealing with people.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
