You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting merchandise or stock shortages, and maintaining case records on operational, security, and injury-related incidents or investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct surveillance and apprehend external theft suspects in compliance with JD Finish Line Standards
  • Complete checklists to ensure compliance with safety or Loss Prevention policies
  • Assist with internal theft investigations along with LP Supervisor and RLPM
  • Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages
  • Maintain case records on operational, security, and injury-related incidents or investigations

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
