You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting merchandise or stock shortages, and maintaining case records on operational, security, and injury-related incidents or investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance and apprehend external theft suspects in compliance with JD Finish Line Standards
- Complete checklists to ensure compliance with safety or Loss Prevention policies
- Assist with internal theft investigations along with LP Supervisor and RLPM
- Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages
- Maintain case records on operational, security, and injury-related incidents or investigations
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
