Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Encourage and support individuals in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community resources
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience necessary
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
