We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Caregiver Scheduling Assistant to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for scheduling staff, managing absences, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for our care team department
- Record absences and secure replacements as needed
- Provide care to residents or pass medication as directed by the Care Team Manager or Executive Director
- Be available to cover shifts and take call-offs, including weekends and after regular business hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Caregiver Med Passer and Caregiver Lead experience preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment, with staff scheduling or similar experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Knowledge of personal computers and related applications
