**The Job:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Regent Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a busy kitchen environment, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Menu Development:** Create and implement seasonal menus that showcase creativity and simplicity, while meeting the needs of our discerning clientele.

2. **Kitchen Operations:** Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
