Role Summary and RequirementsWe are seeking a committed Patient Care Representative to enhance our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing quality patient support in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently check-in patients, adhering to established procedures
- Respond to phone inquiries and deliver accurate information
- Confirm insurance details with precision
- Uphold client preferences and procedural compliance
- Examine patient documentation for thoroughness and correctness
- Conduct daily balance checks and manage payment records
- Update patient information and assist with administrative duties
- Ensure a tidy and organized reception area
- Participate in cross-training for various roles and responsibilities
Work Schedule:
This position requires availability seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, with flexible hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Essential Qualifications:
- Preferred: At least 1 year of clinical experience
- BLS certification required within the first month of employment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
