Job Title: Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Specialist to join our team at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a key member of our Engineering District 10-0 Office, you will be responsible for negotiating and securing real estate for public purposes, as well as managing real property for our district.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and secure real estate for public purposes
  • Manage real property for Engineering District 10-0
  • Gather tax maps, deeds, and other property owner identification information from public records
  • Confirm property ownership and boundaries in the field to support plan development
Requirements:
  • One year of experience as a Real Estate Technician or equivalent
  • Two years of technical real estate experience and an associate degree or equivalent
  • Active Class C driver's license or equivalent
  • Meet PA residency requirements
