Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with corporate clients, including identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on corporate travel.
  • Strong industry knowledge, with an emphasis on corporate/air travel.
  • Expert GDS user (Sabre or Travelport required, multi-GDS including Amadeus preferred).
  • Experience with travel technology product implementation (online booking tools, duty of care, reporting, mid-office, and back-office).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, researching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
